I hereby declare that the particulars given in respect of my Son/Daughter/ward are true to the best of my knowledge and shall not request the authorities for any alteration in date of birth etc. given above.My ward will attend the class regularly and as per CBSE norms he/she will fulfill the criteria of attendance i,e 75% of minimum.My ward will pass subjectly as well as in aggregate in all the examinations held during the session.He or she, if found in any indisciplinery activity in the school his/her T.C should be sent to my residence.I shall not request for any change in the child’s particulars at any stage.

मैं वचन देता /देती हूँ की उपर्युक्त विवरण जो मेरे पुत्र /पुत्री /आश्रित से सम्बंधित हे, मेरी जानकारी में सत्य है और में प्राधिकारी से उपयुक्त वर्णित जन्म -तिथि आदि बदलने के लिए आग्रह नहीं करूँगा /करुँगी. मैं यह विश्वास दिलाता /दिलाती हूँ की मेरा पुत्र /पुत्री /आश्रित सी.बी.एस.ई के द्वारा निर्धारित कम से कम 75 प्रतिशत की उपस्थिति के नियम का पालन करेगा /करेगी. मैं यह विश्वास दिलाता /दिलाती हूँ की मेरा पुत्र /पुत्री /आश्रित सत्र के दौरान ली जाने वाली सभी परीक्षाओं में सभी विषयों में तथा कुल प्राप्तांक में उत्तिर्णाक अवश्य प्राप्त करेगा /करेगी. यदि वह विद्यालय में किसी भी प्रकार की अनुशासहीनता का कार्य करता है /करती है तो उसकी टी .सी मेरे आवास के पते से भेज दी जाय. मैं दिए गए बच्चे का विवरण को किसी भी स्तिथि में बदल ने का आग्रह नहीं करूँगा.
